All you need to know about how pre-order works

  • Pre-ordering lets you reserve an item before it’s ready to ship! We make products after you order to reduce waste and ensure your item is crafted just for you.

  • By pre-order your favourite shoes, you will secure your size (find your perfect fit) and preferred colour before it sells out. Plus you will enjoy exclusive discounts (like 15% off!), and help us create responsibly. ♻️

  • Your payment method is charged immediately upon pre-ordering.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, AfterPay and Apple Pay. Our checkout process is designed to provide multiple payment options.

  • We work hard to meet our timeline, but all items are made to order—no rush options (we promise it’s worth the wait!).

  • Absolutely! Enter your code at checkout, and your discount will apply automatically.

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. If you can't find it, check your spam folder! We'll also keep you updated on the production status of your pre-order items.

  • Shipping is available to Australia and New Zealand with tracking included. For other locations, please get in touch for assistance, we're here to help.

  • Yes! Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll update it for you.

  • Yes! In-stock items will ship separately right away, and your pre-order will follow later.

  • Of course! If you're not happy with your pre-ordered items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery—no pressure.

  • We're here for you! Get those photos and send to us within 48 hours, and we'll send a replacement as soon as possible.

  • Yes! Add a gift note at checkout, and we’ll include it with the package.

  • We’ll note “Sold Out” on the product page. Sign up for restock alerts to avoid missing out!
