Shipping & Delivery FAQ

    • Australia: Standard 2–7 business days; Express 1–3 business days after dispatch.
    • New Zealand: Standard 3–9 business days; Express 2–5 business days after dispatch.

    Delivery windows are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to events outside our control.

    • Free shipping on orders $200+
    • Under $200 (Australia): Standard $9.95 · Express $15
    • Under $200 (New Zealand): Standard $15 · Express $25

  • Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive tracking once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

    • In‑Stock: Ready to ship after processing.
    • Pre‑Order: Reserved from an upcoming batch; ~4–6 weeks to dispatch (see product page for item‑specific ETA).
    • Made‑to‑Order: Crafted on demand; ~4–6 weeks to dispatch. We’ll email milestone updates.
  • Yes. Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link you can use to follow your delivery in real time.

  • Not currently. Please provide a physical street address.

  • By default, someone should be home to receive the parcel. If no one is available, it may be sent to a local collection point. You can opt into Authority‑to‑Leave (ATL) at checkout to allow the driver to leave it in a safe place. When ATL is selected, the risk of loss after delivery transfers to the recipient.

  • If your parcel hasn’t shipped, reply to your order email right away and we’ll do our best to help. If it has shipped, use the carrier’s tracking link to request a redirection (where available).

  • We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. Outside these regions? Contact us and we’ll try to assist.

  • NZ orders may incur GST/duties/fees charged by NZ Customs depending on shipment value. These are payable by the recipient and aren’t collected at checkout by éllementa Footwear.

  • Check around your property and with neighbours or household members. If still missing, contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.

  • Please email customerservices@ellementa.com.au within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item so we can help quickly.

  • No. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain in place and are not limited by our policy.
