Domestic delivery usually takes 2-5 business days (depending on your area).
Typically, international shipping (we only ship to New Zealand at the moment) takes between 3-9 business days.You will receive a tracking number in the confirmation email upon shipment.

We offer complementary free shipping for all orders over $200.
For orders under $200 (Within Australia):
- Standard Shipping (2-7 business days): $9.95
- Express Shipping (1-3 business days): $15
For orders under $200 (In New Zealand):
- Standard International Shipping (3-9 business days): $15
- Express International Shipping (2-5 business days): $25

Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to process and prepare it for shipment. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. All orders are processed and fulfilled from our warehouse in Australia. Any orders received after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day. Any orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Please allow a possible delay of 1-2 business days during extremely busy periods.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. To ensure your package reaches you securely, please provide a physical address.

By default, parcels will require someone to be home to receive them, or they will be taken to your local post office for collection. If you wish for them to be left unattended, you can request this at checkout.
Please note it is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. èllementa is not responsible for any missing or stolen parcels once the order has been delivered to the nominated address.

Please note we are unable to amend changes once the order has been shipped. However, If you need to updating the shipping address, you can easily redirect your parcel by going to your tracking notification email. Simply follow the links to arrange the parcel to be redirected to the new address.
