We ship from Australia and aim to make delivery fast, transparent and dependable. This policy covers how we ship In‑Stock, Pre‑Order and Made‑to‑Order (MTO) items, what it costs, and what to expect once your order is placed.

Where We Ship

• Australia — domestic shipping from our Australian warehouse.

• New Zealand — tracked international shipping.

• If you’re outside Australia or New Zealand, please contact us and we’ll try to help.

Shipping Costs & Timeframes

Free shipping applies on orders $200+ (currency based on your selected store).

*Delivery windows are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary by destination, time of year and external events (e.g., weather, network congestion).

Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST/AEDT are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

• Orders placed after 12:00pm, on weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Product Availability & Lead Times

We offer three product types, each with a different timeline:

1. In‑Stock — ships once your order is processed.

2. Pre‑Order — produced in limited runs. The typical lead time is ~5-6 weeks from order to dispatch. The product page shows the most accurate estimate and we’ll email important updates.

3. Made‑to‑Order (MTO) — crafted on demand. The typical lead time is ~4–6 weeks from order to dispatch. We’ll keep you updated through each milestone and ship as soon as your pair passes Quality Check.

If your cart combines in‑stock items with pre‑order/MTO items, we’ll ship available items first and the remainder when ready (at no extra shipping cost).

Delivery Preferences: Signature, Authority‑to‑Leave & PO Boxes

• By default, parcels require someone to be home. If no one is available, your parcel may be taken to a local collection point.

• You can choose Authority‑to‑Leave (ATL) at checkout, allowing the driver to leave your parcel in a safe place. When ATL is selected, risk of loss after delivery transfers to the recipient.

• We can’t deliver to PO Boxes at this time. Please provide a physical street address.

Address Changes & Redirections

• If you need to update your address, please reply to your order email ASAP. We’ll help if the order hasn’t shipped.

• Once shipped, you may be able to redirect via the carrier’s tracking link (subject to carrier options/fees).

Import Duties & Taxes (New Zealand)

Orders shipped to New Zealand may attract GST/duties/fees charged by NZ Customs depending on shipment value. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not collected by èlementa Footwear at checkout.

Delivery Issues

• Late or missing parcel — Check the tracking link first; if it hasn’t moved for several days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

• Damaged in transit — Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist promptly.

• Marked ‘delivered’ but not received — Check around the premises and with household members/neighbours. If still missing, contact us so we can open an inquiry with the carrier.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is defective or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in line with consumer guarantees. For more details, visit the ACCC website.
