Why produce to demand

 

Traditional fashion makes large batches “just in case,” which can lead to unsold inventory and waste. Producing to demand flips the script: we make confirmed orders first, keep batches tight, and share accurate timelines so you know exactly when to expect your shoes. Two ways to secure your pair

 

1) Made‑to‑Order (MTO)

 

• What it is: Your pair is made after you order.

• Communication: Order confirmed → In making → Quality check → Dispatched (tracking provided).

2) Pre‑Order (early access)

 

• What it is: Reserve a new or returning style before production begins.

• Why it’s special: You secure size and colour during a limited early‑access window.

• Pricing: 15% early‑access saving (limited time).

• Timeline: We publish “Shipping starts:” dates on each product page and email updates as we go.

• Best for: New releases, small‑batch colours, seasonal drops.

 

How early‑access pricing works

Early‑access discounts reward patience and planning. During the launch window you get 15% off; once production is underway or the window closes, pricing returns to standard. We’ll always show the countdown and the “shipping starts” date up front. (See: FAQ—Early‑access pricing)

 

Lead times & communication

 

• MTO: 4–6 weeks from order to dispatch.

• Pre‑Order: a “shipping starts” date appears on the product page; deliveries then roll out by order date and size.

• Updates you’ll receive: Order received → Order confirmed → In making → Completed QC → On the way (with tracking).

Sizing & fit tips

 

• If you’re between sizes or have one foot slightly longer, choose the longer foot as your guide.

• Prefer a roomier forefoot? Select styles with a naturally broader toe box.

• Heels slipping? Request an added heel grip at checkout notes.
